Warranty   If you receive a part and are not satisfied for any reason it can be returned within 21 days ... BEFORE it has been installed, modified, scarred  or damaged in any way for a refund of your purchase price less any shipping charges   (except Electrical and "Final Sale" items which are not returnable). All returns are subject to a restocking fee.

       AutoPartsObsolete.com sells New Old Stock (NOS) parts ,new old replacement parts ,and OEM parts that are not newly manufactured parts but parts that may have been manufactured up to several decades ago. These parts may have been sitting in a parts store or dealer inventory unsold all these years. We use the manufacturer application books to list what cars the parts fit. 

Because of the many variables and subjective nature involved in NOS parts we do not offer any warranty for fit, finish or operation on any part. Items are not tested and are sold AS IS.

Returns:   Any  Item (except electrical items and items marked as "final sale ")  that has not been used ,shows no signs of installation, modification, damage  or scarring may be returned within 21 days from receipt for refund of your purchase price less any shipping charges you paid. You must obtain a RMA Number which is easily done by  filling in a Item-Return-Request.

  Items must be returned with any original manufacturer packaging or any instructions that they came with.  A 10% or $ 2.00 minimum restocking fee applies to all returns unless due to an error on our part in shipping the order.

Buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges .Items sent COD or without an RMA number will be refused.

Shipping Errors:   If you were sent the wrong item due to an error on our part in shipping the order we will exchange the item and pay the return shipping.Send us an  Item-Return-Request.
