This is a new old stock auto part. NOS gm . Fits left hand (drivers side) and a right hand lower (passengers side) lower. these are new never iionstaalled gm item but only 1/2 of the hinge with no strap or spring gm must have serviced them this way but part # is beyound us so put in number for whole hinge but sold as shown GM part # 9817409 and 9817408 same as 3063212 3063211
