1964 Pontiac Lemans Tempest used rear gas fuel door assembly gm part # 4436869 and is a complete assembly with both chrome trim pieces. Chrome on pontiac emglem is very good with no pitting in the chrme the lower trim piece has a scuff in the center. the operating sprng is very good no losemess
