This is a new old stock auto part NOS gm in old original gm box This is a PCV valve this is used for crankcase ventalation gm part # 5646286 short # CV-273 this item was used on 1957 1958 1959 1960 1961 1962 1963 1964 pontiac models both 2 and 4 barrel and 3 x 2 barrel models item is new some very light surface rust very very minor but need to mention so look at photo as we only have this one
