This is a new old stock auto part NOS nash rambler heater blower switch in old original box. This is a complete fan blower switch knob says heat and is a 4 position switch. This item was used on nnash rambler models in the era 1951,1952,1953,1954 not sure exact application. part # on box is 3115979
