This is a new rebuilt original ford speaker This is a radio speaker assembly for ford or mercury and maybe lincoln not sure 1941 used on most models this is a 5 inch round speaker has new cone but they did not clean up backside so back side looks used clan for 1941 but used look has 3 wires coming out of backside sold as shown application is from what was written on speaker so ask any questions before purchasing
